Born in Moscow on May 25, 1954.

Graduated from Moscow State Institute of Histroy and Archive and Russian Foreign Trade Academy. Has degree in Economy and foreign trade.

1976 – 2011 - Served in the Ministry of the Foreign Trade of the USSR and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. Was posted to work in the Trade missions abroad in UK and Lithuania.

2012 until present - Leading expert of the Department of the External relations and cooperation with Business Councils and Chambers of Commerce, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

Speaks English and German languages.
