Final GDP figures of 2022 to be better than preliminary estimates

Earlier on Friday, the Bank of Russia informed that GDP dropped by 2.5% as of the end of the last year.
GDP indicators in Russia as of the last year-end will be above preliminary calculations, President Vladimir Putin said on Friday.
During the trip to the Archangelsk Region on Friday, the head of state had the meeting with Governor of the Region Alexander Tsybulsky, who reported that the gross regional product had showed growth.
"The year of 2022 on the whole in Russia will be even better than our preliminary estimates," the President said.
Earlier on Friday, the Bank of Russia informed that GDP dropped by 2.5% as of the end of the last year. The regulator predicted earlier that GDP would decline by 3-3.5%.
