Refocusing to new markets is main task of fuel and energy sector

It is stated that proactive efforts are underway to form the common energy market for member-states of the Eurasian Economic Union and the regulatory base required to do so is being prepared.
The main task of fuel and energy sector branches in Russia is to refocus energy resources to new markets, the Russian Ministry of Energy said on Monday.
"We need a package of measures, such as the expansion of the port infrastructure and main oil pipelines, creation of the Power of Siberia 2 trunk export gas pipeline, coal exports refocusing, and LNG production growth from 33 mln metric tons per year now to 100 mln metric tons by 2030," Minister Nikolay Shulginov said, cited by the Ministry.
Proactive efforts are underway to form the common energy market for member-states of the Eurasian Economic Union and the regulatory base required to do so is being prepared, the Minister added.
