Activity
The Business Council for cooperation with Malaysia is a non-profit organization without a legal entity.
The Business Council was established under the auspices of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia (CCI RF) to support the initiatives of Russian companies to promote their products and services in Malaysia.
The founding meeting with the participation of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Malaysia L. G. Vorobyeva, Vice-President of the chamber of Commerce and industry of Russia G. G. Petrov, Vice-President for marketing and external relations of JSC Irkut Corporation V. N. Sautov, Director of the Department of Asian and Pacific cooperation of the Russian foreign Ministry B. M. Khakimov was held at the RF CCI on June 27, 2013.
The objectives of the Council are to promote trade, promote the interests of Russian business in Malaysia, exchange information between representatives of the business communities of Russia and Malaysia, conduct joint events, etc.
Membership in the Council does not involve any property or financial contributions.
