The First meeting of Malaysia Russia Business Council

"I bring the warmest wishes from the Malaysia Russia Business Council.
We held our inaugural meeting in Kuala Lumpur on the 27/2/20 . It was well attended by key Malaysian companies , government agencies and their Russian counterparts.
The objective and intention of the Council was discussed and amongst the usual business promotion agenda, it was also a key objective that we are established to address the real and practical issues surrounding the promotion of bilateral engagement .
In line with this we are pleased to announce that we are the first business council to have Ex Officio Committee members representing both governments trade agencies and bodies . Moving forward the council now sets itself out to be a true consolidated and efficient body for trade and business to flourish between our countries. The first initiative would be the aggregation of all sources of business related information to be maintained under one roof namely the MRBC web page to facilitate ease of identification of business opportunities and its facilitation.
The MRBC will work towards establishing even closer ties with you as we roll out the other initiatives as the year progresses.
Once again we wish you the very best for 2020 and much prosperity and success from us mutually building the bridges between our countries."
