Russia’s services PMI up to 51.1 points in September from 49.9 points in August
The PMI value above 50 points is indicative of the business activity growth and the value below that level flags its slowdown.
The S&P Global Russia Services PMI Business Activity Index went up to 51.1 points in September 2022 from 49.9 points in the previous month, S&P Global analytical agency reported on Wednesday.
"The latest headline index reading posted above the 50 neutral mark to signal a marginal expansion in business activity across the Russian service sector following a broadly unchanged August," the report said.
Growth stemmed from a further uptick in client demand and new orders, S&P Global analysts said, adding that price hikes stemmed from greater material, supplier and wage costs.
