China, UAE, Brazil - main directions for developing Russia’s fish exports in 2024

Head of the Federal Fisheries Agency Ilya Shestakov highlighted the need to diversify exports and increase interaction between companies and local representatives of the foreign department of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture.
China, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Turkey, Algeria, Nigeria and Iran are priority destinations for the development of fishery supplies in 2024, the Russian Federal Agency for Fishery (Rosrybolovstvo) said.
"Head of the Federal Fisheries Agency Ilya Shestakov took part in a working meeting dedicated to the development of exports of Russian fish products. Among the priority areas for the development of supplies in 2024, Ilya Shestakov named China, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Turkey, Algeria, Nigeria, and Iran," the agency said.
Shestakov also highlighted the need to diversify exports and increase interaction between companies and local representatives of the foreign department of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture are the main tasks.
