VK revenues under the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) surged by 13% annually to 72.6 bln rubles ($910.9 mln) in the first half of 2025, the Russian tech holding said in its report.
Normalized EBITDA stood at 10.4 bln rubles ($130.5 bln) in the reporting period. EBITDA margin was 14%.
VK reduced its net debt by almost a half to 77 bln rubles ($966.2 mln) as of the end of the first six months of this year.
