Russia’s exports of agricultural products to Tunisia gain 43% in 1H
Russia’s exports of agricultural products to Tunisia climbed by 43% in volume and 76% in value in the first half of 2026 to over 310,000 tonnes worth more than $114 mln, the Agroexport federal center reported.
"According to expert estimates, in the first six months of 2026 Russia supplied over 310,000 tons of agricultural products worth more than $114 mln to Tunisia. Compared to the same period last year, exports increased by 43% in volume and 76% in value," the report said.
The top five agricultural products by value included wheat (over $59 mln), rapeseed oil (around $33 mln), barley (around $13 mln), soybean oil (around $7 mln), and sunflower oil (over $1 mln).
Export figures for the first half of 2026 rank second in the history of records, with the previous peak in shipment volume by value at $130 mln observed in 2024, according to the report.
