Dmitry Peskov was commenting on the Reuters report that China and India allegedly suspended the purchase of Russian oil for delivery in March amid rising costs for tanker freight.

Arkady Zlochevsky noted that exports in January always declined compared to other months, including due to weather conditions and holidays, but not so much.

The floating duty on Russian grain exports is effective from June 2, 2021.
