On August 26, the Chamber of Commerce and industry of the Russian Federation held a meeting with the delegation of the Malaysian corporation for the development of foreign trade (MATRADE).

During the Conference the Russian company signed a Memorandum of Understanding with its Malaysian counterpart “MyDentalInternationalClinics SDN BHD” as a sign of the beginning of a new, fruitful cooperation between Russia and Malaysia in the field of dentistry. 

The Delegation of the Russian Business Council for Cooperation with Malaysia met newly appointed President of the International Strategy Institute (ISI) Tan Sri Michael Yeoh. 

On Monday, August 27, with assistance of the Russian Business Council for Cooperation with Malaysia, two prominent scientific and educational organizations, the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences and University Malaya’s Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and Academy of Islamic Studies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding.

On June 29, 2018, the Trade Representative of Malaysia to Russia, Mr Zainuddin Jalil will finish his 5 years porting and come back to Malaysia, to work in MATRADE headquarters.
