Russian medical device manufacturing company «Conmet» presented in Malaysia.
A dental conference on “A New Revolution in Implantology” was held in Kuala Lumpur with support of the Russian Business Council for Cooperation with Malaysia on October 21st, 2018.
Russian Company «Conmet», a developer and manufacturer of comprehensive dental implant systems and compliant instruments for cranio maxilla-facial implants, spinal fixation products and neurosurgery took part in the Conference and presented to Malaysian specialists its technologies and products.
Russian outstanding dental surgeon Mr. Andrey Zhusev gave a lecture on “Different “Conmet” Implants Systems Application in the Field of Dentistry”, that covered new techniques and methods of dental implantation, and the Deputy Director of “Conmet” Mrs. Nadezhda Morozova spoke on “Technological Aspects in Creating an Effective Implant System”. Malaysian speakers were Dr. Kathivaran Purmal with the topic of «Implantology: a New Revolution» and Assoc.Professor Dr. Eshamsul Sulaiman, Head of Implantology Unit of UM Faculty of Dentistry with a lecture on dental implants.
During the Conference the Russian company signed a Memorandum of Understanding with its Malaysian counterpart “MyDentalInternationalClinics SDN BHD” as a sign of the beginning of a new, fruitful cooperation between Russia and Malaysia in the field of dentistry.
The Conference was attended by practicing dentists, Professors of leading Malaysian Universities, representatives of medical equipment distributing companies and media.
In the framework its business trip, the Russian delegation paid a visit to the University Malaya Dentistry Faculty and several dental clinics.
