We cordially invite your company to participate in the Industrial trade fair INNOPROM as a participant of Hosted Buyers Program “Industrial Export” (IndEx) taking place on July 09-11, 2018in Yekaterinburg, Russia. The event is supported by Russian Export Center and Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

The goal of Hosted Buyers Program is to promote Russian industrial goods. We expect influential businessmen to visit the fair to conduct business negotiations on potential supply of Russian products abroad. The Hosted Buyers program brings together 200 delegates to gain the best of INNOPROM industrial fair with business meetings, networking events with experts, technology guided tours and business forum.

INNOPROM is the fastest growing trade fair in Eurasia. Over 600 industrial companies from 95 countries of the world take part in the exhibition with 50,000 unique visitors. The programme of INNOPROM-2018 includes the following thematic tracks: Metalworking, Component Manufacturing for Machine Building, Digital Production, and others. This year our exhibitors focus specially on equipment for metalworking and robotics.

INNOPROM provides Hosted Buyers with complimentary benefits including round trip flight ticket to Yekaterinburg and accommodation during the event in case KPI on minimal number of meetings is met (3 meetings with the companies from the priority list of Russian export center).

IndEx Hosted Buyer Terms and Conditions

Program Inclusions:

1. The Organizer provides Hosted Buyers with a service package, including:

   •   Visa invitation and Visa support;

   •   Complimentary round trip flight ticket to Yekaterinburg (economy class);

   •   4* Hotel accommodation during the programme (room only) 9-11 July;

   •   Ground transfers in Yekaterinburg: airport/hotel/INNOPROM fair;

   •   Meals – breakfast and lunch;

   •   IndEx delegate badge;

   •   English speaking group assistant.

2. The Organizer provides Hosted Buyers with the access to the platform for appointing meetings and negotiations (Match Making) with the exhibitors and INNOPROM Forum participants. The Organizer is responsible to provide all the assistance if needed.

3. The Organizer develops business program for Hosted Buyers with business meeting events,companies’ presentations, roundtables, pitch-sessions, etc.

4. The Organizer provides the access for the Hosted Buyers to the INNOPROM business program and IndEx business program.

Program Exclusions:

  The Organizer DOES NOT provide or cover following:

•   Visa fees.

•   Travel Insurance. You must ensure that you have comprehensive travel insurance to cover

  your trip to attend INNOPROM in Yekaterinburg. This should cover:

  •   Cancellation, alteration, curtailment, rearrangement or replacement – In the event of

    illness, personal injury or circumstances beyond your control which prevent you

    travelling to or from the exhibition as planned

  •   Medical expenses – In the event that you need medical treatment or emergency

    repatriation

  •   Personal property and business equipment – In the event of loss, theft or damage

  •   Political and natural disaster evacuation such as war, floods or volcanic eruption

  •   Personal liability

  •   Death or personal injury

•   Any personal extras at the hotel. These should be settled directly with the hotel upon your departure.

•   Hotel or air tickets upgrades.

•   Taxi fares if arriving/departing outside IndEx Hosted Buyer Programme timeline.

Eligible application delegates are including

1. The Organizer accepts the Applications on the Participation in the Hosted Buyers Program IndEx exclusively from companies, trade and industry associations and financial institutions, operating outside the Russian Federation. Government authorities that coordinate the industrial products trade and any other organizations, involved into decision-making considering the trade and the promotion of Russian companies on the foreign markets can also take part in the Program.

1. Buyers in following industrial goods:

   •   railway rolling stock, including locomotives, wagons

   •   cars and trucks

   •   tooling and tools for machine tools

   •   measuring equipment and non-destructive testing equipment

   •   pipes (oil and gas pipes, industrial pipes, welded pipes, etc)

   •   rolled metal products and non-ferrous metallurgy products

   •   rails, construction and industrial rolling, as well as products of titanium and aluminium

   •   additive technologies and 3D prototyping

   •   hydraulics and pneumatics (pumps, compressors, etc)

   •   Industrial cybersecurity solutions

   •   Industrial automation solutions

   •   Control sensors

   •   Telecommunication equipment

2. Belongs to one of the following titles:

   •   Business owners and shareholders, members of board of advisors

   •   CEO and Managing Directors

   •   Deputy CEO

   •   Purchase/Procurement directors/Deputy directors

   •   Chief engineers

3. Maximum 2 representatives from each company can participate in the Program.

4. Buyer is required to hold minimum 3 meetings with the companies from the priority list of

   Russian export center.
