It is reported that supplies of weapons to Ukraine by the West are escalating the conflict further and preventing efforts to resolve the crisis.

The document was posted on Tuesday and amends lists of goods banned for exports that were approved by the Cabinet in March 2022.

The department noted that the volume of the domestic public debt of the Russian Federation for the reporting period decreased by 257.6 bln rubles ($4.21 bln).

The proposal was put forward by the Russian Agriculture Ministry in early November.
